Below is a snapshot of our catering menu from 2 years ago. While there are possible exceptions, the café no longer offers many of these Items. Our catering focuses on Wrap, Salad, Bowl & Dessert platters as well as other items from our normal menu, as these have proven to be the most popular with our customers and consist of recipes and ingredients that are part of the current operations. Wrap platters can feature a variety of wraps cut into half or thirds and are also popular at corporate functions. Any item on our existing menu can theoretically be turned into a platter i.e. broccoli with cheese platter, nacho plate platter, sesame ginger salad platter. In this case, we might say if 10 to 15 people are looking for a small portion of salad, order 4 sesame ginger salads and we will prepare that volume of salad as a platter. You can guess the cost of the platter will be similar to or exactly the cost of 4 salads. If it is on our online menu we can make it any volume and calculate a fair cost based on our normal prices x that volume.
