    MORE About Rawbert:
    · Robert is chef/founder of Organic Garden Cafe now in it's 9th Year of operation.
    · Robert is well rounded athlete, runner, surfer, and is an accomplished musician and songwriter
    · Robert graduated Bentley College in Waltham in 1986 with a B.S. Degree in Accountancy, worked as a tax manager for 15 years in the Financial District downtown Boston for a multi-million dollar leasing company and nearly completed his Masters in Taxation from Suffolk University (career change - OG Cafe opened) .
    · Robert's holistic journey started over 15 years ago with the illness of a close loved one and took him deep into a whole new world of; organic food, sustainable living, natural hygiene, juicing, fasting & natural detoxification, yoga & meditation, live blood analysis, and the wisdom of ancient Chinese and Indian (Ayurveda) health systems.     · Robert has attended 5 consecutive annual (Jan 2004 - Jan 2008) 10 Day Meditation Courses at the Vipassana Meditation Center in Shelburne, MA. These are serious courses in complete silence (unless a question for teacher or personal need comes up), where the original and most important non-religious meditation teachings of the Gotama Buddha are taught, reinforced and practiced, in a simple austere, non-ritualistic environment. In this place of deep retrospection one is also able to analyze all of one's routines and habits, including those around diet and especially 'HOW TO EAT', sleep and mindfulness.
