Daily 5 Step Plan to Vibrancy

Slow Down, Rest and Prioritize well (you can't do it all).
Life doesn't give us more than we can handle; don't pile on extra. Remember energy comes from rest , strength from exercise and sound nutrition. Try to establish sleeping patterns so that you can wake up easily before sunrise in biorhythm with nature. Chinese and Ayurveda writings on the science of cycles and optimal sleep patterns concur.

Get Sun Everyday: expose Solar Plexus (belly) to the Sun and Breath Deeply. (re-charge your Batteries; absorb more power and light from the Sun).
Get Sun as early as possible, it is more likely to be sunny before 10:30 am; get it while you can. Use your breath and self-massage to remove tenderness in the stomach and liver. Work on the lower stomach first, then move up, to mid, to chest, to neck, __ simultaneously opening the charkas. Now is the perfect time to meditate.

Stretch for 2 to 10 minutes every morning & night , and slowly work your way up to 100 bouncy full Jumping Jacks shortly after rising . Exercise more if you can. Go for walks frequently.

.  Regularly Clean, De-clutter, Organize and establish Routine & Systems. This "investment" always lifts your spirit and pays off with increased productivity, __ giving you peace of mind and more Free Time! The Chinese call this Feng Shui.

Choose Vibrant alkaline forming food as much as possible, eat slowly. Relax when you eat, chew well and experience fully the entire process.
