WHITES

Natural White, Frey - 4.50 - 20.00
A delicate, soft and flowery wine with a smooth finish; complements vegetarian and Asian cuisine. Made from a blend of CCOF certified organically grown grapes. This delicious wine is a great everyday table wine, a pleasure to purse and palate!
Alcohol: 13.7% by volume. Total sulfite, naturally occurring: BATF analysis, 1 ppm. Total production: 2100 cases.

Chardonnay, Organic Wine Works - 7.50 - 27.00 - Mendocino
A pleasantly ripe, clean and crisp wine with a delicate finish. Made from CCOF certified organic Chardonnay grapes harvested in September, 2002 from the Butow, Light and Frey vineyards. These nearby vineyards all share the benchland soils of Redwood Valley, in the heart of Mendocino County. Frey Chardonnay is aged on French oak and put through a malolactic fermentation. Excellent with seafood.
Alcohol: 13.3% by volume. Total sulfite: BATF analysis, none detected. Total production: 3300 cases.


Brut, Albet i Noya - by the bottle only - 27.00
A superb sparkling Spanish wine. Soft yet dry with a smooth finish.

REDS

Natural Red, Frey - 4.50 - 20.00 - Mendocino
Made in a dry light style with pleasant berry flavors from a blend of choice organic grapes. An excellent every-day red. Carefully crafted with organic techniques and aged with French oak.
Alcohol: 13.9% by volume. Total sulfite: from BATF analysis, none detected. Total production: 8000 cases.

Syrah, Frey - 7.50 - 27.00 - Redwood Valley
Opulent nose, fragrant with spice and toasty oak notes. Inky color with plum and currant flavors. A classic Rhone style wine with a pleasing finish. The wine is a blend of grapes from the 22 year old Butow and Frey Vineyards of. Harvested October 2002. Aged on Chateau French oak. Delightful with a full flavored meal.
Alcohol: 13.9% by volume. Total sulfite: BATF analysis, none detected. Total production: 1700 cases.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Frey- 7.50 - 27.00 - Mendocino
Medium bodied wine from the Sierra Nevada Mountains with blackberry and cherry softened by toasted oak. - A finely balanced, graceful wine with ripe berry flavors, good depth and a hint of eucalyptus on the finish. The grapes were harvested in October, 2002. This classic wine is aged on French oak. Savor it with grilled foods and chocolate.
