Meetballs with Marinara Sauce start out as a raw food dehydrated specialty, but
can be warmed in a chaffing unit, hot and ready to eat in 1 ½ hours as it
begins to hit 140° to 160°. Your guest
will be back for seconds! The same goes
for our Zucchini Spaghetti or wheat somen noodle.

menu, and give you a quote or references.
Robert himself will often be your Chef for the evening to assure
perfection in pleasing even the most discriminating guests!
