Holiday Meal Heating Instructions

Un-Turkey, “Mash Potato”:  Warm in oven at 200 degrees (or less) for 10 to 20 minutes to desired warmth, OR in dehydrator  OR  warm on a skillet on low to medium with a cover to hold in the heat for 3 or 4 minutes, flip items and heat additional few minutes.   Eat immediately after warming.

Un-Stuffing:  Add several ounces hot water just prior to serving to warm and hydrate (or eat dry)

Gravy:  Warm in saucepan while stirring w/ finger until hot or leave out 1 to 2 hours prior for room temperature gravy

Meal includes:

1)  Turkey-Free Loaf - Fresh Rosemary and Sage highlight this dehydrated specialty made with sunflower seed, walnut, celery,  carrot and seasonings.

(Christmas/Hanukkah menu features nut-free Portobello sunseed 'MeetLoaf')

2) Un-Stuffing* - featuring Celery, Onion, Walnut, Apple, Cranberry, Rosemary, Sage - Dehydrated.
3)   Holiday "Mashed Potato"*- This creamy delight is made with Cauliflower, Cashew, Garlic & Thyme

4)   Cranberry Relish w/Orange Zest* - Made with both organic fresh and re-hydrated dried cranberries.

(Christmas/Hanukkah menu features Ginger spice Cranberry Sauce ) 
5)   Rich Pecan Mushroom 'Gravy' *- Pecan, Portobello,  Miso, Nutritional Yeast and Seasonings

6)   Cornbread  -  corn,  sprouted buckwheat, soaked sunflower & sesame seed and agave

This year's soups are creamy with an almond milk base and with great spices.  Our Harvest soup is reminiscent of a creamy Butternut Squash Soup, with tremendous flavor!
